Assignment Brief We carried out an experiment in class on enzyme catalase. The theme was investigating the Rate of Reaction of Hydrogen peroxide. The working title is the effect of pH on Rate of Reaction of catalase. Aim/Hypothesis: How enzymes work and prediction what will happen. In this assignment we are required to produce a planning practical investigation.
