Write a 1,750- to 2,100-word, five-year IT strategic plan for the implementation (development) of a solution to the critical issue you selected.
Include some sort of graphic — a table, a timeline, or a Ghant chart, for example — that indicates the strategic plan over time. It does not need to be excessively detailed, but it should cover at least the major obstacles and milestones inherent in such a plan.
Describe how you (the CIO), as the primary change agent, will deal with the changes you are making and how those changes will affect individuals, teams (virtual and collocated), the entire organization, organizational partners, and global relationships.
Provide good detail and at least six peer-reviewed references that support your statements. Avoid unnecessary textual material. Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines.
